The Calm Cabin

How it works

Four stages, one calm journey.

The Calm Cabin is built around the shape of a real trip — not a course, not a clinic. You move through it at your own pace.

Understand

We explain flying honestly: how an aircraft stays in the air, what turbulence actually is, what every sound means — and what your body does when it feels threatened. Knowledge removes the space where fear grows.

02

Prepare

A plan for the days before, the morning of, the terminal, security, boarding and your seat. You walk in knowing exactly what happens next, and what you'll do when anxiety arrives.

03

Fly

Flight Mode works offline at 38,000 feet. Tell it what's happening — takeoff, a noise, turbulence, a wave of panic — and get an immediate, grounded response.

04

Land

Afterwards, we help you record what you did and what actually happened, so the next flight starts from evidence rather than dread.

Everything is shaped by the three minutes you spend telling us where you are right now.

Someone flying in 48 hours needs something entirely different from someone who hasn't flown in a decade. The questionnaire decides what you see first, and what we quietly leave out.
